Eagle Mountain Lake
A popular freshwater Lake located about 12 miles northwest of Fort Worth, Texas. The lake was created in October of 1932 by damming the West Fork of the Trinity River. Eagle Mountain Lake sits below Lake Bridgeport and above Lake Worth. The lake offers public beaches, boat ramps, marinas, restaurants/bars, gas docks; boat & water toy rentals, camping, and more! Eagle Mountain Lake is also known for sport fishing of Largemouth, Spotted & White Bass; White Crappie, Catfish & Channel Catfish!
Membership to the internationally known Fort Worth Boat Club (est. 1929) is by invitation only. FWBC members enjoy a secluded family oriented atmosphere with a swimming pool and tennis court. Amenities include a year-round, full-service restaurant and bar, large harbor with sailboat slips, covered boathouse and full harbor services including gasoline, hoist, launching, etc. Dry storage of boats is also available. On-site security is provided 24 hours a day. Non-sailors join the Boat Club as social members just to use the dining facilities with family and friends! Written applications must be endorsed by two FWBC members in good standing and approved by the Membership Committee. If no written objections are received once posted (for a minimum of two weeks) the applicant becomes a member. West Bay Marina (817) 444-1622 From Jacksboro Highway (Texas 199) take FM 730 north to Timber Road and turn right. Turn north on Liberty School Road and follow to marina.
Creek Harbor Camp- (817) 236-6111 From FM 1220 Take Indian Creek west to ramp.
Harbor One- 817-236-8150 From Jacksboro Highway take Boat Club Road north 6 miles to marina. (The Spot! Restaurant & Bar on site) Gas Dock.
